  1. They could be doing some PR work, like to promote that new SM game. I also remember seeing a dude at gamesday who was probably hired by GW in a SM outfit, including the skull implant.
    That, or a pair of really dedicated cosplayers. Actually, that sorta makes sense because they don't have any weapons.

  2. Or they are doing a Warhammer 40k: Final Liberation cinematic. IIRC, that old game actually had full-motion videos with actors dressed as Marines. And one badass commissar as well.
